For the past half-dozen years, I've been hosting a good for you lifestyles contest called the Feel Great in eight Challenge. It includes aspects of concrete, mental and spiritual health and if participants follow all the guidelines they volition feel great at the finish of the eight weeks.

8. Start & consummate a project that takes 10 minutes or less. Make clean out your handbag, organize one desk drawer, or scrub that pasty spill on the refrigerator floor. You lot'll love the instant endorphins yous'll go from finishing a task. Plus, y'all'll really notice a difference later on a calendar week or 2 of doing one of these small projects daily.
