Fix login issues on websites that require a username and password

If y'all find that you can't log in to a website that requires a username and password, follow the steps described in this article.

Enable cookies for the website

Make sure that cookies are enabled for the site in question.

  • For instructions, see Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them

If you inverse any settings, attempt logging in to the site once more.

Clear history for that site

The cookies and temporary data already stored on your computer may exist causing the trouble. Delete them, then examination for your problem:

  1. Click on the menu push button fx57menu Fx89menuButton to open the menu panel. Click the Library 57 library icon button on your toolbar. (If yous don't meet it, click the menu fx57menu push, then click click the menu fx89menuButton push button.) Click and and so click the bar at the bottom to open the Library window.
  2. At the top correct corner, type the name of the website you wish to forget in the Search History field, and press Enter Render .
